CAPE TO CAPE DAY WALK

Meet at Dunsborough Tavern car park at 8.30 am. Car-pooling is advised as parking may be limited.

Drive in convoy along Caves Road and leave cars at the car park at the end of Willyabrup Road.

The walk grading is classed as Medium/Hard with two water crossings, approximately 2.5 kms of

beach walking and about 800 metres of rock hopping.

The water crossing is on the beach and it is mostly sand although there are some rocks in the creek

bed in a few places but these can be easily avoided

The water should only be ankle deep but it is recommended as boots off to cross, so something to

dry your feet with might be handy.

Sections of this walk may become more difficult depending on the weather. Weather may also

require some changes to the walk.

From the cars we plan to complete two circular sections joined by a short common section of the

Cape to Cape (C2C). We will go as far as the Moses Rock Road northern car park and return via the

spectacular section along the C2C to the north of Willyabrup cliffs.

Bring morning tea/snacks and lunch to have on the walk. Afternoon stop back at the cars.
